I just felt the need to email you and thank you once again for the superlative manner by which you corrected our radon issue and in a very timely fashion.  Your process and service offered a buffing to the term "professional."

From the initial phase when you determined the varying levels of radon at various times of the day and in different locations of the basement, the "diagnostic" step was felt to be as thorough as thorough can be.

Then the installation of the mitigating machinery proved equally competent and professional.  I particularly liked how you explained what each device was and its function.  Equally impressive was the manner in which you coordinated the other subcontractors, who were necessary to best address our unique needs.

Once all was said and done, you completely explained how to monitor the mitigating machinery and how it was operating.  Of course this also includes how you remeasured radon levels throughout the basement and found them to be consistently well below safety standards.

We are very satisfied with your work, Mike, and on all levels of measure or comparison.  I for one will be recommending your service to any and all I meet who find themselves with elevated radon levels.

This is a letter of recommendation for Mike Milder, of Full House Contracting.

In late 2007, at the request of my physician, I conducted a short term radon test, which yielded slightly high results. This prompted me to run a long term test in 2009, which yielded even more radon than the short term test. It was at this point that I contracted with Mike Milder to mitigate our radon gas condition.

Mike ran tests using more sensitive equipment than the test kits I had used, and discovered that I did not, in fact, have a radon problem. He showed and explained the results of his tests to me. It is my opinion that Mr. Milder demonstrated himself to be both knowledgeable and ethical in his profession. I would recommend him to anyone who believes they might have a radon problem.

Mike Milder installed a radon mitigation system in our house in July of 2008.

Mike was extremely easy to work with.

The bid he submitted was reasonable and he did not have any "add on costs".  His work was within the original bid.  The work performed was clean, neat and timely.  The radon levels dropped drastically after the completion of the job.  We feel much better about having a safe house thanks to the work performed.

I would have no reservations in recommending Mike and his company to perform any type of radon mitigation work needed.  Our house posed a particular challenge, and Mike and company addressed the issue and solved it.  No problem.
